Our Office

The Project Coordination and Guidance Office is Hitit University's strategic unit that systematizes research, innovation, and project management processes, promotes a project culture, and strengthens institutional capacity. The office ensures that academic research goes beyond scientific production and transforms into value-added, measurable, sustainable, and impact-monitorable projects.

The Project Coordination and Guidance Office was established to establish a project management culture across the university, increase research capacity, and ensure the effective use of national and international funding resources. The office directly generates performance indicators under the axis of "Strengthening Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Capacity" at Hitit University.

In this context, the office's primary objectives are:

1. To establish a project creation culture throughout the university,

2. To provide professional support for the development, development, and implementation of project ideas,

3. To increase access to national and international funding sources,

4. To link project outputs to the university's strategic goals,

5. To strengthen the project execution capacity of academics.

This mission reflects Hitit University's identity as an institution that "measures, learns, and develops" in terms of research and innovation.

The Office provides support to academics and research teams at all stages of the project lifecycle (from conception to commercialization). This structure ensures not only the execution of research activities but also their monitoring in terms of strategic management, performance measurement, and sustainability.

The Office is positioned alongside TTO, MİTAM, and HÜBTUAM within the "Technology Center" ecosystem, establishing a system for transforming project ideas into implementation, prototypes, and commercialization.

The Project Coordination and Guidance Office also contributes to the establishment of a "project-based thinking" culture within the university.
