External Stakeholder Meeting Held by the Department of Health Management

An external stakeholder meeting was held by the Department of Health Management, Faculty of Health Sciences at Hitit University on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 13:30 in our faculty.

Representatives from the Çorum Provincial Directorate of Social Security, Şehit Mustafa Solak Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, Provincial Directorate of Civil Society Relations, Çorum Chamber of Pharmacists, Çorum Provincial Health Directorate, Çorum Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital, Chest Diseases Hospital, Çorum Private Hospital, Çorum Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Çorum Bar Association attended the meeting. In addition, all academic staff of our department were present.

During the meeting, the educational activities of the Department of Health Management, curriculum structure, internship and practical training processes, graduate competencies, and employment opportunities were discussed. In addition, views were exchanged on sector expectations, university-industry collaboration opportunities, quality assurance studies, and possible improvements within the scope of accreditation processes.

In line with the opinions, suggestions, and evaluations of external stakeholders, significant contributions were made toward improving the quality of education in our department, enhancing practice-oriented training opportunities, and preparing graduates more effectively for the sector.

The meeting was successfully concluded as a productive event in terms of strengthening cooperation between the university and the sector and supporting sustainable quality development.
