Orientation Training Held for New Health Management Department Students as Part of Induction Activities

Our department organized an "Orientation Program" to facilitate the adjustment of incoming students to university and faculty life for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Assistant Professor Ali Ünal delivered the presentation during the orientation program held on September 24, 2026. At the event, newly enrolled students were provided with detailed information regarding the general structure of the university and the Faculty of Health Sciences, the facilities at the North Campus, the department's academic staff, and its institutional operations.

The program also covered key academic topics such as the undergraduate curriculum, compulsory and elective courses, applied professional internship opportunities, attendance requirements, the relative grading system, and examination regulations. Information was shared regarding part-time employment opportunities, dining services, KYK scholarships, Central Library services, and the activities of the Health Management Club—resources and opportunities students can utilize throughout their university lives.

Furthermore, detailed information was provided on opportunities that contribute to students' academic and personal development, including TÜBİTAK 2209-A Student Projects, the National Internship Program (USP) coordinated by the Presidential Human Resources Office, and Erasmus+ international student exchange programs.

The orientation training, where students' questions were answered, concluded with best wishes for the new academic year.
