Within the scope of Health Administrators Day on December 18, a panel titled “Çorum’s Health Tourism Potential” was organized by the Department of Health Management, Faculty of Health Sciences at Hitit University. The panel was held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, between 14:00 and 16:00 at the Ethem Erkoç Conference Hall.
The panel was moderated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali ÜNAL. The speakers included Osman KESER, Deputy Director of the Çorum Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism; Asst. Prof. Dr. Mahmut Arif YÜKSEK, Deputy Chief Physician of Çorum Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital; and Hülya GÜNAY, Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the same hospital.
During the panel, Osman KESER shared evaluations on Çorum’s overall tourism potential, highlighting the province’s cultural, historical, and health tourism advantages. Asst. Prof. Dr. Mahmut Arif YÜKSEK provided information on health tourism and ongoing activities in Çorum, while Hülya GÜNAY presented details about the health tourism services and practices carried out at Çorum Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital.
The panel, which addressed the current situation, potential, and future prospects of health tourism in Çorum, concluded with a question-and-answer session, allowing participants to actively engage with the speakers.
