received. 2009-2010 Education-The name of the program since the academic year with the decision of Council of Higher Education is again changed to Computer Programming.
The name of the section from the 2013-2014 academic year was changed to Computer Technology Department.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and Transition to Higher Education Examination (YGS), the need to have received enough points.

Kuruluş Bilgileri
2003-2004 Eğitim-Öğretim yılından itibaren MEB-YÖK projesi dahilinde yeniden yapılandırılmış ve Bilgisayar Teknolojisi ve Programlama adını almıştır. 2009-2010 Eğitim-Öğretim yılından itibaren YÖK kararı ile programın adı yeniden Bilgisayar Programcılığı olarak değiştirilmiştir.
2013-2014 Eğitim-Öğretim yılından itibaren bölümün adı Bilgisayar Teknolojileri Bölümü olarak değiştirilmiştir.
Özel Kabul Şartları
Adayların lise ve dengi okul diplomasına sahip olması ve Yükseköğretime Geçiş Sınavı (YGS)’ndan yeterli puanı almış olması gerekir.
Kayıt Kabul Koşulları
Öğretim şekli Örgün Öğretim olmak üzere Öğrenci kontenjanı 50 kişidir.
Adayların ÖSYM tarafından yapılan sınavda başarılı olmaları gerekmektedir. YGS-1 puan türü ile öğrenci kabul edilmektedir.
Program Profili
Bilişim Sektöründe oluşan ara eleman ihtiyacını karşılamak amacıyla hazırlanmış bir ön-lisans programıdır. Bilgisayar teknolojilerindeki problemleri tanımlama, analiz ve çözme kabiliyetine sahip, yaşam boyu öğrenmeyi ve öğrendiklerini en iyi şekilde uygulamayı hedefleyen, mesleki, ahlaki ve sosyal sorumluluklarını bilen, insana, topluma ve doğaya saygılı, takım çalışmasına uyumlu ve katılımcı teknikerler yetiştirilmektedir.

Ölçme Değerlendirme
Her öğrencinin dönem başında derslere kayıt yaptırması ve dönem sonu sınavına girebilmesi için derslerin en az %70 `i, uygulamaların ise en az %80 ‘ine devam etmiş olması gereklidir. Öğrenciler her ders için en az bir ara sınav ve yarıyıl sonu sınavına tabi tutulurlar. Başarı notuna, ara sınav (ara sınav notu olarak ödev, laboratuvar sınavı, kısa süreli sınav gibi ölçme araçlarından elde edilen puanlar da değerlendirmeye alınabilir) katkısı % 40 yarıyıl sonu sınavının katkısı ise % 60 şeklindedir. Tüm değerlendirmeler 100 puan üzerinden yapılır. Bir dersten AA, BA, BB, CB ve CC harf notlarından birini alan öğrenci o dersi başarmış sayılır. DC notu şartlı başarılı nottur.
Kazanılan Derece
Programda mevcut olan (toplam 120 AKTS) derslerin tümünü başarıyla tamamlayan öğrenciler mezun olabilirler ve Bilgisayar Programcılığı alanında Önlisans diploması almaya hak kazanırlar.

Ön Lisans eğitimini başarı ile tamamlayan mezunlar, ÖSYM’nin düzenlediği DGS ( Dikey Geçiş Sınavı)’ndan yeterli puana sahip olmaları koşuluyla, üniversitelerin ‘Bilişim Sistemleri Mühendisliği’, ‘Bilgisayar Mühendisliği’, ‘Yazılım Mühendisliği’, ‘Bilgisayar Sistemleri Öğretmenliği’ ve ‘Bilgi Teknolojileri’ Bölümleri gibi 4 yıllık lisans programlarına dikey geçiş yapabilmektedirler.
Önceki Öğrenimin Tanınması
‘Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında Ön Lisans ve Lisans Düzeyindeki Programlar Arasında Geçiş, Çift Ana dal, Yandal ile Kurumlar arası Kredi Transferi Yapılması Esaslarına İlişkin Yönetmelik’ hükümleri uygulanır. Yatay geçiş için Hitit Üniversitesi Lisans-Ön Lisans Yönetmeliğinde belirtilen koşulları yerine getirmek.
Mezuniyet Koşulları
Programı başarıyla tamamlamak için mevcut olan derslerin tümünü (120 AKTS karşılığı) geçmek, 4.00 üzerinden en az 2.00 ağırlıklı not ortalaması elde etmek, 30 işgünü zorunlu stajı başarıyla tamamlamak gerekmektedir.

Bilgisayar Programcılığı Programı mezunları, kamu ve özel sektör kuruluşlarında kendi alanlarına uygun dallarda (bilgisayar programcısı, web tasarımı, donanım, network) çalışabilmektedirler.
