TÜRKÇE DİL EĞİTİMİ AMACIYLA YURT DIŞINDAN BAŞVURU YAPACAK ADAYLAR İÇİN BİLGİLENDİRME

Hitit Üniversitesi bünyesinde lisans, yüksek lisans veya doktora programlarına kayıt yaptırmayı planlayan ve bu kapsamda Türkçe kurslarına katılacak adayların, öncelikle Hitit Üniversitesi Uluslararası Ofisin WEB sayfasını ziyaret etmeleri ve öğrenci kabul başvurusunda bulunmaları gerekmektedir.

Sadece Türkçe öğrenmek amacıyla Hitit Üniversitesi Türkçe Öğretimi Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi (HİTİT-TÖMER) kurslarına katılmak isteyen yurt dışındaki adaylar ise aşağıdaki hususları dikkate almalıdır.

Kurs Başvuruları ve Başlangıç Tarihi

• Kurs kayıt duyuruları, kayıt tarihleri ve diğer tüm güncel bilgiler HİTİT-TÖMER resmî internet sitesinde ilan edilmektedir: https://hitit.edu.tr/tr/tomer
• Türkçe kursları, akademik takvime bağlı olarak başlangıç (temel) seviyesinde, genellikle Ekim ayının başında başlamaktadır.
• Kursların açılabilmesi için gerekli asgari kursiyer sayısına ulaşıldığında, kesin kurs başlangıç tarihi yine resmî internet sitesi üzerinden duyurulacaktır.

Dil Vizesi Başvurusu Süreci

Kesin kurs kayıt tarihinin ilan edilmesinden sonra, kendi ülkesinde Türkçe dil eğitimi amacıyla vize başvurusu yapmak isteyen adaylar aşağıdaki süreci izleyebilir:

1. Talep edilmesi hâlinde, HİTİT-TÖMER tarafından aday adına Kayıt Bilgilendirme Mektubu düzenlenerek gönderilir. Aday, bu mektubu ülkesindeki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti dış temsilciliğine veya diğer yetkili mercilere sunabilir.
2. Yetkili makam tarafından gerekli görülmesi hâlinde aday, kurs ücretini ödeyerek Kesin Kurs Kayıt Belgesi talebinde bulunabilir.
3. Düzenlenen Kurs Kayıt Belgesi, daha önce sunulan Kayıt Bilgilendirme Mektubuna eklenerek ilgili makama tekrar ibraz edilebilir.
4. Dil vizesi alacak adayların, konsolosluktan randevu alma ve vize başvurusunun ilgili konsolosluk tarafından değerlendirilip sonuçlandırılması için gereken süreyi de dikkate almaları gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle adayların vize işlemlerine mümkün olduğunca erken başlamaları, vize sürecinin uzaması nedeniyle derslere geç kalmamaları veya kurs başlangıcını kaçırmamaları açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır.

Önemli Not

HİTİT-TÖMER tarafından düzenlenen belgeler, adayın Türkçe kursuna kayıt durumunu göstermektedir. Bu belgeler vize verilmesini garanti etmez. Vize değerlendirme ve kararı tamamen Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin ilgili dış temsilciliklerinin yetkisindedir.

Önemli Hususlar

Adayların aşağıdaki konuları dikkate almaları önem arz etmektedir:

• Dil vizesi başvuru süreci tamamen adayın sorumluluğundadır.
• Konsolosluktan randevu alma, başvurunun değerlendirilmesi ve vizenin sonuçlandırılması belirli bir süre alabileceğinden, adayların vize işlemlerine erken başlamaları önemlidir.
• Kurs ücretinin ödenmiş olması, vize alınacağını garanti etmez.
• Vize başvurusunun olumsuz sonuçlanması veya adayın Türkiye’ye gelememesi hâlinde ödenmiş kurs ücreti iade edilmez.
• Adayların, vize başvurusu yapmadan önce bu hususları dikkate alarak işlem yapmaları tavsiye edilir.

INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS APPLYING FROM ABROAD FOR TURKISH LANGUAGE EDUCATION

Applicants who plan to enroll in an undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral program at Hitit University and who will attend Turkish language courses as part of this process must first visit the Hitit University International Office WEBSITE and submit an application for student admission.

Applicants residing abroad who wish to attend courses at the Hitit University Turkish Language Teaching, Application and Research Center (HİTİT-TÖMER) solely for the purpose of learning Turkish should take the following information into consideration.

Course Applications and Start Date

• Course registration announcements, registration dates, and all other up-to-date information are published on the official HİTİT-TÖMER website: https://hitit.edu.tr/tr/tomer
• Depending on the academic calendar, Turkish language courses generally begin at the beginner (basic) level at the beginning of October.
• Once the minimum number of students required to open the courses has been reached, the exact course start date will also be announced on the official website.

Language Visa Application Process

After the final course registration dates have been announced, applicants who wish to apply for a visa for the purpose of Turkish language education in their country of residence may follow the process below:

1. Upon request, HİTİT-TÖMER may issue and send a Registration Information Letter on behalf of the applicant. The applicant may submit this letter to the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Türkiye in their country or to other relevant authorities.
2. If deemed necessary by the competent authority, the applicant may pay the course fee and request a Final Course Registration Certificate.
3. The Course Registration Certificate may be submitted again to the relevant authority together with the previously issued Registration Information Letter.
4. Applicants who will apply for a language visa must also take into account the time required to obtain an appointment at the consulate and for the visa application to be reviewed and finalized by the relevant consulate. Therefore, applicants are strongly advised to start their visa procedures as early as possible in order to avoid being late for classes or missing the course start date due to delays in the visa process.

Important Note

The documents issued by HİTİT-TÖMER only demonstrate the applicant’s registration status for the Turkish language course. These documents do not guarantee that a visa will be granted. The assessment and decision regarding the visa application are entirely under the authority of the relevant diplomatic missions of the Republic of Türkiye.

Important Considerations

Applicants should take the following matters into consideration:

• The entire language visa application process is the applicant’s responsibility.
• As obtaining a consular appointment, the evaluation of the application, and the finalization of the visa may take a certain amount of time, applicants are strongly advised to start their visa procedures as early as possible.
• Payment of the course fee does not guarantee that a visa will be granted.
• If the visa application is rejected or the applicant is unable to travel to Türkiye, the course fee already paid will not be refunded.
• Applicants are advised to take these matters into consideration before submitting their visa applications.
