Meeting of 27 University Rectors in ODÜ under the Chairmanship of the Higher Education Council President Prof. Dr. M. A. Yekta Saraç

The second meeting of “The Role of the Universities in Regional Development” the first one of which was held in Bingöl by Higher Education Council Presidency will be hosted by Ordu University.

In the meeting to be held under the Chairmanship of the Higher Education Council President Prof. Dr. M. A. Yekta Saraç, the importance of “The Contribution of the Universities to their Regions” will be discussed within the context of “Regional Development National Strategy”.

In addition to Higher Education Council President Prof. Dr. M. A. Yekta Saraç, Higher Education Council Members, the rectors of Adana, Ahi Evran, Aksaray, Amasya, Bayburt, Bilecik, Bozok, Bursa Technical, Çankırı Karatekin, Düzce, Giresun, Gümüşhane, Hitit, Karabük, Karamanoğlu Mehmet Bey, Kastamonu, Kırklareli, Kilis 7 Aralık, Mehmet Akif Ersoy, Namık Kemal, Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli, Ordu, Osmaniye Korkut Ata, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Sinop, Uşak and Yalova Universities will attend the meeting.
