As per article 3 of Yunus Emre Foundation Law numbered 5653, education, exam and certification events which will take place abroad regarding Turkish Language should be carried out by Yunus Emre Foundation.
The foundation will hold international Turkish Proficiency Exam through Yunus Emre Institute in regard to the aforementioned law on 05 September 2015.
