Applications for Undergraduate Transfer between Higher Education Institutions may be in two ways,
- Grade Point Average,
- Central Placement Score
1) Undergraduate Transfer Applications with Grade Point Average;
The applications for 2016-2017 Academic Year with grade point average will be made online through www.kayit.hitit.edu.tr.
Note: Having succeeded in Arabic Preparatory Class of Divinity Faculties

The applications should be made between the dates of 01-19 August 2016.

2) Undergraduate Transfer Applications with Central Placement Score;
The student who would like to make undergraduate transfer with Central Placement Score should have the same kind ÖSYS score with the preferred program and the student’s score should be equal or more than the score of preferred program in his/her placement year.

The applications will be made online through www.kayit.hitit.edu.tr between the dates of 01-31 August 2016.

Please click for the decision taken in Higher Education Executive Board meeting dated 08.07.2014 regarding the rules for undergraduate transfers as per Additional Article-1 of Regulation on the Rules for Undergraduate Transfer, Double Major, Sub-Branch and Credit Transfer between Institutions.
Required Documents
1- Copy of National ID Card,
2- ÖSYS Result Certificate,
3- Student Certificate from Higher Education Institution,
4- Transcript of Records,
5- Certificate showing that the student has not received disciplinary punishment,
6- Approved course content in the student’s higher education institution, (will be submitted in exact registration)
7- Grade Conversion Table, (will be submitted in exact registration)
8- The document showing that the student has not made undergraduate transfer before within the framework of Additional Article-1 of Regulation on the Rules for Undergraduate Transfer, Double Major, Sub-Branch and Credit Transfer between Institutions
