Prof. Dr. Özkan Ünal who is the director of Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency and vice directors of the agency Dr. Hakkı Gürsöz, Dr. Muhammet Ali Oruç, Dr. Ali Sait Septioğlu and the department head of Turkey Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency Intelligent Drug Use and Drug Supply Management Dr. Ali Alkan and the staff of Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency visited our university.
AKP (Justice and Development Party) Çorum Deputy Lütfiye İlksen Ceritoğlu Kurt, AKP Çorum Provincial Head Rumi Bekiroğlu, Çorum Provincial Health Director Dr. İsmail Yücel, Çorum Acting Director of Public Health, Çorum Trade and Industry Chamber (ÇTSO) President Çetin Başaranhıncal and our university academic staff accompanied the delegation coming from Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency.
Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency officials were met by our Rector Prof. Dr. Reha Metin Alkan in his office, possible cooperation between our institutions was discussed. Then, Hitit University Scientific and Technical Research and Application Center (HÜBTUAM), Çorum Technology Development Zone (TGB)-Technocity Inc., MoneMedical which operates in the medical products sector in Çorum Organized Industrial Zone and Hayat Syringe Factory were visited.
After the visits, Turkish Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency officials participated in the “Turkey Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency Rational Antibiotic Use Evaluation Meeting” which was held in the University Rector's Conference Hall.
