To raise graduates who have a command of the theoretical, historical, legal, economic, and political dimensions of the discipline of international relations; who can evaluate regional and global developments from an analytical perspective; who possess advanced research, critical thinking, communication, and foreign language skills; and who are committed to ethical values, possess national sensitivities, and hold a high sense of social responsibility. The department also aims to produce scientific knowledge at universal academic standards and to present this knowledge for the benefit of our country, our region, and humanity.
