List of Candidates Eligible to Participate in the Scientific Evaluation and/or Interview Examination
For the 2025-2026 Acaemic Year Autumn Term, between 20 August - 27 August 2025 have had their application documents reviewed by the student admission committees in accordance with the "Hittite University Postgraduate Education and Training Regulations". The list of candidates eligible to participate in the scientific evaluation and/or interview exam is announced below. The ranking of student candidates on the published list is based on the time of application.

Scientific Evaluation and/or Interview Exams will be held between 4-5 September 2025 at the specified dates, locations and times, either in person or via an online connection link. Information regarding this will be announced on 1 September 2025.
Note: (The dates and times specified in the "Examination Entry Document" obtained from the application system are the general dates determined in the Academic Calendar. Therefore, candidates must be present at the locations and times specified on the Main Science Departments' web pages, regardless of the dates stated in the "Examination Entry Document".)
Candidates participating in the Scientific Evaluation and/or Interview Exams must bring the ALES, Foreign Language Certificate, Graduation, Military Status, and Transcript documents they have uploaded to the ÜBYS application system with them to present to the interview jury members if requested. Candidates who do not present their documents when requested will not be admitted to the exam.
Applications of candidates who do not participate in the scientific evaluation and/or interview examination in the Main Scientific Fields conducting scientific evaluation and/or interview examinations will not be evaluated.
Additional Information: Announcement of All Candidates Who Have Gained the Right to Definitive Registration
All candidates who have gained the right to definitive registration for programmes that conduct scientific evaluation and/or interview examinations, as well as those that do not, will be announced on our Institute's website on 9 September 2025.
