The Department of Coaching Education at Hittite University embraces a culture of quality based on continuous improvement, scientific accuracy, ethical values, and participatory management in its educational, research, and social contribution activities.

Our quality policy is based on the goal of training our students to be qualified individuals who can apply contemporary coaching science, think critically, make decisions based on scientific data, and keep abreast of developments in the field of sports. In this regard; 


  • Regularly updating our educational programmes to provide content that is relevant, applicable and up-to-date with the needs of the field,
  • Creating quality learning environments that support students' academic, practical and ethical development,
  • Encouraging scientific research and publication activities to generate added value in the areas of athletic performance, training science and athlete health,
  • To enrich practical opportunities in collaboration with sports clubs, federations, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders,
  • To systematically evaluate feedback from students, academic staff, and stakeholders to effectively implement the PDCA cycle,
  • To support activities that prioritise social contribution, aim to popularise sport and serve the culture of sport,
  • To integrate the principles of transparency, accountability, sustainability and continuous development into all processes,
  • Constitute the fundamental quality approach of our Department.
