The names of the master's and doctoral programs to be run at Hitit University, student quotas, required documents for application, application and examination dates, and other conditions, if any, are determined by the proposal of the main science/main art branch boards, the decision of the Institute's Board of Directors, and the approval of the Senate; and are announced by the Rectorate.
