The names of the master's and doctoral programs to be offered at Hitit University, their student quotas, the documents required for application, the application and examination dates, and any additional conditions, if applicable, are determined upon the proposal of the department/art major boards, the decision of the Institute Administrative Board, and the approval of the Senate; and are subsequently announced by the Rectorate.
