“Donate Blood for the Future”: Training on Social Impact-Oriented Donor Recruitment Held
As part of the UNIDES Project titled “Social Benefit Ambassadors: From Ideas to Impact – An Ideathon for Social Awareness and Solution-Oriented Innovation,” the training “Donate Blood for the Future: Social Impact-Oriented Donor Recruitment” was held on May 5, 2026, at the Conference Hall of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Hitit University.
The training was delivered by Yasemin Güloğlu, Blood Donor Recruitment Specialist, and focused on the social importance of blood donation, the promotion of voluntary blood donation, and sustainable donor recruitment practices. Participants gained valuable insights into the social impact of blood donation and its role in strengthening community solidarity.
