To educate graduates of the Hitit University Occupational Health and Safety Program who can prepare OHS documentation (instructions, procedures, emergency plans) in accordance with legal regulations and workplace conditions, keep this documentation up-to-date, and support the establishment of OHS management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) required by the industry.
To educate graduates of the Hitit University Occupational Health and Safety Program who can plan and effectively deliver OHS training, manage legally compliant record-keeping (health surveillance, accident reports, training records, etc.), and contribute to the creation of an interactive safety culture by ensuring employee participation.
To educate graduates of the Hitit University Occupational Health and Safety Program who can audit existing OHS practices and systems (through field inspections, internal audits) to identify non-conformities, and who can initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address these non-conformities.
