Quality Policy
The aim of the Architectural Decorative Arts Program is to adopt a quality assurance culture in line with the principles of continuous improvement, innovation and participation in education-training, research-development and community service activities. The program's quality policy aims to train qualified designers and field experts who can determine decorative and aesthetic design principles in interior and exterior architectural elements, comply with national and international standards, and respond to contemporary needs.
In this regard, the program's quality policy is based on the following principles:
Excellence in Education: To provide students with a practice-based education that develops aesthetic perception and technical skills together oriented towards creative thinking and original design.
Continuous Improvement: To continuously evaluate and improve educational processes in line with stakeholder feedback, graduate tracking data, and sectoral developments.
Stakeholder Engagement: To increase the effectiveness of quality processes in collaboration with students, academic staff, sector representatives, and alumni.
Research and Innovation: To monitor new technologies, materials, and design approaches in the field of Decorative Arts, and to provide a productive and innovative learning environment.
Ethics and Sustainability: To prioritize ethical values, cultural heritage, and environmental sustainability in the design process. The program regularly reviews its quality management system and implements national quality assurance measures. It aims at sustainable development in compliance with the standards.
