Analysis and Reporting Unit

The Analysis and Reporting Unit supports data-driven decision-making processes in line with Hitit University’s strategic objectives.
It systematically collects, processes, and transforms academic, administrative, and performance data produced across the university into meaningful insights for decision-makers.
In doing so, the Unit strengthens the principles of transparency, accountability, and efficiency in institutional governance, ensuring that decisions are based on measurable indicators.

The Unit leads the establishment of a centralized data management system by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data.
During the analysis process, it employs various methods such as descriptive statistics, predictive modeling, multi-criteria decision-making techniques, and mathematical modeling.
Through these approaches, the Unit produces comprehensive reports that monitor the performance of faculties, departments, and individuals; identify trends; and provide data-driven forecasts for future planning.

The responsibilities of the Analysis and Reporting Unit include:

  • Examining existing databases,

  • Preparing analytical and statistical reports,

  • Presenting results through user-friendly data visualization tools,

  • And monitoring institutional and unit-level performance indicators.

Additionally, the Unit designs statistically sound data collection forms, classifies and interprets collected data, and supports reporting with interactive visualizations.
All these efforts aim to enhance the efficient use of university resources and ensure the continuous monitoring and improvement of institutional performance.
