The Data Analysis and Digital Transformation Office is Hitit University's foundation, digitizing decision-making processes and transforming data into information. It forms the technical infrastructure of the strategic management model and ensures the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data generated during the measurement, monitoring, and reporting of institutional performance. In this respect, the office has fostered the university's "data-driven decision-making culture" at the institutional level, acting as the architect of the transition from manual, intuitive, and dispersed systems to a digital, holistic, and analytical management system.
The Data Analysis and Digital Transformation Office was established to form the digital backbone of the integrated management model. The university's rapidly increasing data production necessitated the integration of information repositories held in various systems and the establishment of a management-oriented analytical infrastructure. In response to this need, the office was designed to manage all processes, from data collection to reporting, in an integrated manner.
The office's strategic role is not only to provide technical support; it is also to instill the data-driven thinking habit of decision-makers in strategic, operational, and academic processes as an institutional reflex. In line with this vision, it operates in direct connection with Hitit University's priority of "Digitalization, Institutional Capacity and Smart Management Systems".
