Announcement for Reserve Candidates of Contracted Staff (657 4/B) Positions
Following our contracted staff recruitment announcement (657 4/B) published in the Official Gazette dated 21 April 2025, issue 32877, the lists of candidates eligible as reserve candidates were published on our university website on 08 August 2025. The application period for reserve candidates ended on 15 August 2025.
Action Required:
Reserve candidates who did not apply during the initial period must personally submit the required documents to the Rectorate Personnel Department by 22 August 2025 at 17:00.
Failure to submit the documents within the specified period will be considered as waiving the right to the reserve position.
Candidates who submit their applications on time will have their appointments made after the completion of the archival investigation.
This announcement serves as an official notification; no separate notification will be sent.

4 Passport-Sized Photographs
Original and Copy of Identity Card
Diploma or Graduation Certificate (Original or recent barcode e-Government printout)
2024 KPSS Result Document (recent barcode e-Government printout)
Criminal Record Certificate (recent barcode e-Government printout)
Military Service Status: Discharge Certificate for completed service, or Military Status Certificate for deferred candidates (recent barcode e-Government printout for male candidates)
Detailed Civil Registry Record
Residence Certificate (recent barcode e-Government printout)
Health Report from a fully equipped state hospital, confirming absence of physical disabilities or mental illness that may prevent continuous performance of duties
Important Note:
Candidates unable to submit the health report within the specified period may still deliver the other required documents. The health report can be submitted later, before the completion of the Security Investigation and Archival Research process.
