Vice Rector

Born in 1965 in Kayseri, he completed his primary education in Kayseri and his secondary and high school education at TED Ankara College. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. After completing his compulsory service at Uşak State Hospital, he began his residency in Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology at Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital in 1991. Upon completing his specialization in 1995, he continued to work at the same clinic as a Chief Assistant.

He was born in 1968 in Aydıntepe, Bayburt. He completed his primary education in Aydıntepe and his secondary education at Bayburt Imam Hatip High School. He graduated from the Faculty of Theology at Ondokuz Mayıs University in 1993. He received his master’s degree from the Institute of Social Sciences at the same university in 1996 and completed his Ph.D. at Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences in 2002.

He was born in 1977 in Çorum. After graduating from Kdz. Ereğli Vocational High School of Commerce in 1994, Başcı completed his undergraduate studies in Business Education at Gazi University. In 2003, he earned his master’s degree in Finance from the same university with a thesis titled “Management Principles of Pension Funds and a Model Proposal for Turkey.”
