He was born in 1969 in Gölyaka (Hoyran) Village of Beyşehir District, Konya. He graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Management and Organization in 1999.
He began his public service career in 1991 at Istanbul Technical University. After serving at various levels within the administrative units of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs and the Department of Strategy Development, he was appointed as the Head of the Personnel Department at Hitit University on September 12, 2011.
On July 12, 2012, he was appointed as the Secretary-General of Hitit University. Between 1986 and 2004, he actively engaged in the sport of Wushu as both an athlete and a coach. He took part in the initial efforts to establish the Wushu Federation and is among its first certified coaches.
He is married and has three children.
