KOSGEB Aided "Entrepreneurship" Course Continues in Faculty of Economics

With the contribution of our university and KOSGEB(small and medium industry development organization) Çorum Directorate, "Applied Entrepreneurship Training" will continue in 2016/2017 Academic Year in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.

"Entrepreneurship" Course is presented as an elective course to 4th class students and it is organized as KOSGEB Aided both theoretical and practical for a period.

The students who choose the "Entrepreneurship" Course will take an intense training - 75 hours in total in a period as 4 hours per week. Entrepreneurship Education will be presented with over 4 modules with a rich content. In the course content;

• Module 1: Entrepreneurship Concept, Testing Course Content and Features of Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation Approach to Business Idea Development, Responsible Entrepreneurship and Business Concept Concept with Business Functions,
  
• Module 2: Types and Forms of Business Organization, Business Functions (Marketing, Production, Management, Accounting and Finance)
  
• Module 3: Business Plan Concept and Case Study for the Elements
  
• Module 4: Business Model and Workshop Towards the Business Plan
  

will take place. Furthermore, sharing the information and experience will be provided to our students in the training with the support of a specialist from KOSGEB Çorum Directorate. Aldo, Example Business Place visits are planned to make with the students choosing this lesson.

The students who choose and be successful in the "Entrepreneurship" Course will take Entrepreneurship Certificate. There is no limitation of this certificate in terms of time. Students who have this certificate can use it everywhere in Turkey and benefit from it on the first phase of work on the establishment. The entrepreneurship support of KOSGEB consists of four stages:

• Business establishment support,
• Establishment period of machinery and equipment, office equipment and software support,
• Operating expenses support,
• Fixed investment support.

The support of KOSGEB consists of 150,000 TL in total - up to 50,000 TL is non-refundable and up to 100,000 TL is refundable with zero interest.

Business plans prepared by the students completing the lesson at the end of this term will be sent to the Directorate KOSGEB Corum by instructors and the ones who will be successful get the certificate.
