Çorum Teknokent Launches Its First Project
Çorum Teknokent Joint Stock Company (Çorum Technology Development Zone Management JSC), which has prioritized project-based initiatives under its new management, is launching its first project since its establishment.
The project, titled “Strengthening the Digital Transformation and Export Capacities of Çorum Teknokent Companies”, prepared by Çorum Teknokent JSC, has been approved for support by the Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA).
Project Goals:
Accelerate the digital transformation processes of companies within Çorum Teknokent
Increase their access to global markets
Enhance intellectual property management capabilities
Integrate artificial intelligence and big data technologies into business processes to boost competitiveness
The project will also provide training and consultancy services to Teknokent companies in digital marketing, e-export, intellectual property rights, artificial intelligence, and big data.
Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Öztürk, Chairman of Çorum Teknokent JSC, stated that the project aims to accelerate the digitalization of companies in Çorum Teknokent through joint projects, R&D, and university-industry cooperation.
Öztürk emphasized that the project will strengthen the position of Çorum’s Teknokent companies in international markets and create a strong cooperation network combining Çorum’s robust industrial infrastructure with Hitit University’s specialization and AI-focused studies. He added, “Our goal is to transform Çorum Teknokent, a key bridge for university-industry collaboration, into a center of attraction by leveraging artificial intelligence and big data technologies.”
First Project of Çorum Teknokent
Highlighting that this is the first OKA-supported project of Çorum Teknokent, Öztürk stated: “Through project-based activities, we aim to contribute both to Çorum Teknokent and its companies. We will also prepare projects in other areas to support our companies in the fields they need.”
