“Guidelines for Preparing Workflow Diagrams” Published
The “Guidelines for Preparing Workflow Diagrams” have been published. These guidelines aim to establish a standard workflow structure/procedure and define the basic principles for preparatory work, ensuring consistency in workflow diagrams designed and published by all units across our University.
The guideline provides a schematic representation of workflows, including the initiation of tasks, processes, decisions, and outcomes, based on written job descriptions that have been formally issued and communicated to relevant personnel. It will serve as the reference for creating and redesigning workflow diagrams to be reviewed and updated by all units. In addition to the guideline, two sample workflow diagrams have also been published.
The guideline and sample workflow diagrams can be accessed on the Guidelines page.
