Our Office
The TQF Compliance and Accreditation Office is Hitit University's strategic unit that manages quality assurance in education and training processes, compliance with national qualifications, and program accreditation systems. The office ensures the university-wide adoption of the "learning outcome-based education approach," the most critical component of quality culture in higher education.
In this respect, the TQF Compliance and Accreditation Office is not merely a technical compliance unit but Hitit University's center of excellence in learning and teaching.
The Office represents the educational dimension of the quality assurance system, integrating the entire cycle, from updating educational programs to accreditation processes, with a strategic management approach. This structure has ensured the institutionalization of a "student-centered, competency-based, continuously monitored, and improved education model."
The TQF Compliance and Accreditation Office was established to establish a learning outcome-based education system aligned with the principles of the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF).
Within this framework, the office serves Hitit University's goal of "Accrediting Programs and Ensuring Compliance with Qualifications," which falls under the "Strengthening Educational Quality" axis.
In this respect, the office functions as a strategic mechanism that ensures Hitit University's educational quality according to national and international recognition criteria.
The office's work is based on a learning outcome-based management approach at every stage of the educational process. In this model:
• Learning outcomes for each course are linked to program outcomes,
• Assessment and evaluation tools are structured according to outcomes,
• Student achievement data is analyzed to create a feedback loop,
• The obtained results are used in program revisions.
This cycle ensures the implementation of the principle of continuous improvement in the education and training dimension of the quality assurance system.
