Funding Opportunities
The International Symposium on Youth Engagement in Cultural Heritage (ISYECH) is organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ Youth project “Cultural Heritage Recovery after Disasters and Conflicts – Understanding, Training, and Empowerment (CHERISH)”, funded by the Turkish National Agency.
Within the scope of the project, a
limited number of participants will be offered financial support to attend the
symposium in Spain. The support may include:
-Travel support,
-Accommodation support,
-or both travel and accommodation support,
depending on the evaluation results and available budget.
Travel Support
Travel support will be provided in accordance with the Erasmus+ distance calculator limits. Eligible participants may receive travel funding up to the maximum amount allowed for their distance band, as defined by the Erasmus+ programme rules.

Accommodation Support
Accommodation support will be provided
for selected participants for the duration of the symposium. The covered period

Participants working on topics related to the conference themes and who have submitted an abstract are eligible to apply for funding support. Applications for financial support will be evaluated based on predefined criteria, and a limited number of applicants will be selected.
Priority will be given to:
Participants wishing to apply for financial support are required to indicate the type of support requested (travel, accommodation, or both) by selecting the relevant options in the application form.
Please note that the allocation of funding is competitive and subject to availability. Submission of an abstract does not automatically guarantee financial support.
