Submission and Review Process

Step 1: Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit an abstract of 250–300 words through the conference website.

The abstract should clearly outline:

• the aim and scope of the study,

• the methodology or approach,

• and the main findings or expected contributions.

Step 2: Abstract Review and Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process by the Scientific Committee.

Authors will be notified of the acceptance decision by email. Participants are kindly advised to follow the announced deadlines carefully.

Upon acceptance, participants will receive:

• An official abstract acceptance notification,

• An official invitation letter (for visa purposes, if required).

Step 3: Full-Length Paper Submission

Authors of accepted abstracts may be invited to submit a full-length paper for inclusion in the conference publications.

The full-length paper should further develop the research presented in the abstract, following the formatting guidelines provided by the conference organisers.

Step 4: Full-Length Paper Review and Acceptance

Submitted full-length papers will undergo a peer-review process.

Authors will be informed of the review outcome and any required revisions.

Accepted papers will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings or post-conference publications, in accordance with the symposium’s publication policy.
