Coordination Committee
The Coordination Committee, operating under the Academic Board of the Department of Anthropology, is responsible for organizing and monitoring the activities of the Strategic Planning and Coordination Committee and the various committees operating under this committee (Quality and Accreditation Committee, Curriculum Development Committee, Infrastructure Preparation Committee, Public Relations Activities and Non-Departmental Faculty Committee, R&D Integration Committee, Stakeholders and Alumni Committee, and Adaptation Committee).
It is also responsible for ensuring that the activities of all the aforementioned committees operating under it are carried out in harmony, order, and cooperation, and within the time limits communicated by the University Presidency.

The Quality Accreditation
Commission is responsible for preparing and updating the Self-Assessment Report, fulfilling quality management system requirements, requesting, initiating, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions, organizing and monitoring work in accordance with decisions made by the Faculty Accreditation Board, monitoring the effectiveness of assigned tasks, monitoring the current status of accreditation-related documents, and ensuring that accreditation-related documents are submitted to the Commission Chair in a timely manner.

The Curriculum Development Committee
The Curriculum Development Committee is responsible for monitoring the curriculum offered at other universities, both domestically and internationally.It informs the Department Chair about the curriculum and makes necessary adjustments. It reviews the course curriculum (based on surveys and suggestions) and informs the Coordination Committee about the adjustments. It collaborates with the Department Chair to resolve course-related issues reported through consulting services. It revises course files. It organizes the in- and out-of-class activities of students and faculty during the semester. It fulfills the duties assigned by the Department Board to improve student education and training.

Infrastructure Preparation Committee
It is responsible for identifying departmental infrastructure deficiencies through student surveys and reporting them to the Coordination Committee. It receives and provides requests from branches regarding infrastructure deficiencies. It forwards incoming malfunction reports to the Department Head and ensures their resolution. It monitors equipment maintenance activities.

The Public Relations Activities and Non-Departmental Faculty Committee
The Public Relations Activities and Non-Departmental Faculty Committee is responsible for coordinating departmental and press relations. Inviting faculty members from various universities to organize online or in-person events. Bringing together departmental students and the public for scientific events, planning, and organizing these events.

The AR-GE Integration Committee
The AR-GE Integration Committee is responsible for analyzing surveys prepared and implemented by the Anthropology Department and other committees. It reports the data obtained from the surveys and submits them to the Coordination Committee. It collects and classifies all information received from faculty members within the scope of FEDEK at the beginning of each academic year. It ensures that projects submitted by faculty members are announced to students. It ensures active student participation by communicating with project managers and students. It evaluates and provides guidance on requests from faculty members or students. It is responsible for evaluating and providing guidance on requests from faculty members or students.

The Adaptation Committee
The Adaptation Committee is responsible for reviewing students who wish to transfer to our department, students who have previously studied at another university and requested exemption from courses they successfully completed, and students who wish to adapt to our department's curriculum, in accordance with the provisions of the "Hitit University Associate and Undergraduate Education, Instruction, and Examination Regulations," the "Regulation on Transfers, Double Majors, Minors, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfers Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions," and our University's "Horizontal Transfer Directive." This committee review determines the principles and submits the prepared reports to the Anthropology Coordination Committee.

The Stakeholders and Alumni Committee
The Stakeholders and Alumni Committee is responsible for:
Opening social media accounts for student and alumni communication. Organizing online and in-person meetings to increase communication with alumni. Conducting a "Satisfaction Survey" to learn our alumni's opinions about our department. Administering a "Program Educational Objectives Survey" where alumni will evaluate our department's program educational objectives. Visiting the institutions where our alumni work to assess their opinions about our students through a "Manager/Employer Survey." Determining our department's external stakeholders. Meeting with external stakeholders to obtain their evaluations of our department and implementing their suggestions as part of continuous improvement. Providing guidance to graduating students regarding career development and planning.
