The Quality Committee consists of the Coordination Committee and the Quality and Accreditation Committee.
Coordination Committee
The Coordination Committee was established as part of the Department’s FEDEK accreditation efforts and commenced its activities in October 2023. Its duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Organising and monitoring the activities of the Student Advisory Committee.
Organising and monitoring the activities of the Strategic Planning and Coordination Committee and the committees operating under it, including the Curriculum Monitoring Committee, Infrastructure and Stakeholders Committee, Assessment and Evaluation Committee, and Self-Assessment Report Preparation Committee.
Ensuring that all committees under its coordination carry out their activities in a consistent, orderly, and collaborative manner and complete their work within the deadlines set by the University Rectorate.

Quality and Accreditation Committee
The Quality and Accreditation Committee was established as part of the Department’s FEDEK accreditation efforts and commenced its activities in October 2023. Its duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the quality management system and requesting, initiating, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
Organising and monitoring activities in accordance with the decisions of the Faculty Accreditation Board.
Participating in meetings held by the Department Chair concerning accreditation activities.
Monitoring the effectiveness of assigned tasks.
Organising and monitoring the work of the Self-Assessment Report Preparation Committee.
Ensuring that accreditation-related documents remain up to date.
