The names of the master's and doctoral programs to be conducted at Hitit University, the student quotas, the required documents for application, the application and examination dates, and any additional conditions, if applicable, are determined upon the proposal of the relevant department/art major boards, the decision of the Institute Administrative Board, and the approval of the Senate; and are announced by the Rectorate.
