Occupational Health and Safety Graduate Program Fall Semester Seminar Series Successfully Held


The Fall Semester Seminar Program of the Occupational Health and Safety Graduate Program for the 2025–2026 Academic Year was successfully held on 26–27 January 2026 at the Meeting Hall of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences.

Within the scope of the seminar program, current, scientific, and practice-oriented topics in the field of occupational health and safety were addressed. The presentations covered a wide range of subjects, including the application of risk assessment methods in different sectors, occupational health and safety awareness among employees, occupational diseases, intervention techniques for disasters and emergencies, ergonomic working conditions, observation-based evaluation methods in educational institutions, and the impact of work motivation on occupational safety.

The seminars were delivered by graduate students under the supervision of experienced academic staff members. The sessions were conducted in an interactive academic environment and enriched by question-and-answer discussions, enabling active participation from attendees.

It is considered that the seminar program organized by the Occupational Health and Safety Graduate Program contributed significantly to the development of students’ academic presentation skills and to increasing scientific awareness in the field. The department aims to continue organizing similar academic activities in the coming semesters in support of its educational and research objectives.
