Our department comprises one teaching (student) laboratory and five research laboratories. The student laboratory is designed to support practical training and is fully equipped with water, electricity, and gas installations, enabling students to carry out laboratory applications efficiently and safely. Light and stereo microscopes are available for student use during laboratory practices.
Research and project activities are actively conducted in our Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Cell Culture, Hydrobiology, Genetics, and Cell Biology and Physiology laboratories. Students are permitted to use these research laboratories within the scope of their projects and studies, under the supervision of the respective laboratory coordinators.
