PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
PO1: Our graduates provide evidence-based, high-quality, and safe holistic care as professional members of the healthcare team, in accordance with ethical principles appropriate to the health care needs of individuals, families, and communities.
Sİ1: 80% of graduates complete their undergraduate education on time.
Measurement of success: Number of students completing their undergraduate education in 4 years each year.
Sİ2: 80% of graduates have a course success rate of 70 or above.
Measurement of success: 80% of graduates have a course success rate of 70 or above among students completing their undergraduate education each year.
Sİ3: Graduates work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
Performance indicator: 80% of the managers and other healthcare team members with whom our graduates work are satisfied with our graduates.
PO2: Our graduates are employed in public and private institutions in clinician, educator, researcher, and leader nurse roles in preventive, therapeutic, rehabilitative, and academic fields where they can provide nursing care.
Sİ1: 80% of graduates are employed as nurses within the first two years after graduation.
Measurement of success: The rate of graduates starting work within two years of graduation is 80%.
Sİ2: Within the first 5 years after graduation, 5% of graduates hold managerial, specialist nurse (wound, stoma, infection, workplace, school, etc.), or academic positions.
Measurement of success: The rate of graduates employed in managerial, specialist nurse (wound, stoma, infection, workplace, school, etc.), or academic positions within the first 5 years after graduation is 5%.
PO3: Our graduates continue their academic and personal development with a lifelong learning, continuous renewal, and development awareness in the education, practice, research, and management processes to fulfill the roles and functions of the nursing profession.
Sİ1: 5% of graduates continue on to postgraduate nursing education programs within the first 5 years.
Sİ2: 10% of graduates participate in scientific programs, courses, and certificate programs related to their field of work within the first 5 years.
