The program is conducted on a full-time basis in accordance with the Regulation on Undergraduate and Associate Degree Education and Examination of Hitit University.
All measurement and evaluation procedures are implemented in line with the standards outlined in this regulation.

To be eligible for graduation, students must complete 240 ECTS credits and obtain a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.00 out of 4.00, without failing any course. Students who fulfill these academic requirements are awarded a Bachelor’s Diploma in Political Science and Public Administration.

The curriculum is designed to provide specialization in Political and Social Sciences, Administrative Sciences, Legal Studies, and Urban and Environmental Studies, while also offering a rich interdisciplinary background that includes courses from economics, business administration, labor economics, international relations, sociology, philosophy, and history.
The program aims not only to convey fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge in these fields but also to foster analytical thinking and a critical perspective among students.

Recognition of prior formal education (vertical, horizontal, and intra-university transfers) is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on Transfers Between Associate and Undergraduate Programs, Double Major, Minor, and Credit Transfer Between Institutions, as determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) of Türkiye.

The Department’s primary objective is to provide students—who aim to pursue careers in public institutions or the private sector—with a strong and comprehensive academic foundation.
