FEDEK (Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Educational Programs in Sciences, Letters, Humanities and Social Sciences) contributes to raising the quality of teaching in Faculties of Science, Letters, Science-Letters, and Language and History-Geography (hereinafter referred to as FSL) in Turkey, by conducting accreditation, evaluation, and information dissemination activities for their respective teaching programs across various disciplines. FEDEK was established to advance education, scientific research, and community service within FSL departments.
The Department of Archaeology at the Hitit University Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences was accredited by FEDEK on May 28, 2025, following the necessary preparation, application processes, inspections, and evaluations.
