The following fee policy applies to academic publishing activities
conducted under the auspices of Hitit University Publications:

Payment to Authors
and Editors
Whether any fee
is paid to authors, editors or reviewers for their work in published books or
journals is determined by the University Publications Committee, the
University Management Board and Senate decisions
within the framework of the relevant
legislation.

Reviewer Fees
Whether payments are made to editorial teams and reviewers working for
scientific journals is subject to the principles determined by the
aforementioned committees.
|
|
Translated Works
All financial
(copyright, translation fees, etc.) and legal (permission, licence)
procedures for works to be published through translation shall be handled by
the translator. By submitting the work to the publisher, the translator shall
be deemed to have accepted the aforementioned financial, legal and academic
responsibility.

Publication Application and Evaluation Process
For book or article submissions made to our publishing house, the matter
of payment for the application, evaluation, typesetting, and publication
preparation stages
is determined within the framework of relevant legislation by decisions of
the University Publications Committee, the University Management Board, and
the Senate.

Publication Sales
and Distribution
The sales price
and conditions of sale for printed works and electronic (open access)
publications are determined by the University Management Board in accordance
with the relevant legislation.
