Publication Application Process and Required Documents
As Hitit University Publications, we require certain documents to be submitted in full at the application stage to ensure that our manuscript review process proceeds swiftly, transparently and efficiently.
Please ensure you have the following three essential documents ready before completing your application:
📄 1. Manuscript (in accordance with the template and style guidelines)
The layout of your manuscript is of great importance for the initial impression it makes and the speed of the editorial process. Preparing your work in accordance with our publishing house’s style guidelines and using our current template will speed up the peer review and editorial assessment processes.
✍️ 2. Copyright Assignment Agreement
This agreement must be submitted in order to protect intellectual property rights and to initiate the legal publication process. The agreement must be signed by all authors who have contributed to the work using either a wet signature or a secure electronic signature.

🔍 3. Similarity Report
In accordance with our principles of academic integrity and ethical publishing, we require a similarity report to verify the originality of your work. Please submit your report via İntihal.net,& Turnitin or iThenticate and upload it to the system in PDF format:
⚠️ Important Notice: Please upload all the above documents (Work File, Contract and Similarity Report) to the online application form together. Applications submitted with missing documents cannot be processed until the file is complete.
