We are looking for young people who are:
- 18–30 years old
- Citizens of an EU or partner country
- Motivated to learn and contribute to the local community
- Interested in youth work, education, communication, and cultural exchange
- Open to teamwork and personal development
- Upper intermediate English level (no Turkish required)
