Second Graduate Applications Are Open Now For The International Students
Our second graduate application is open now. Application dates are between September 16 and 26, 2021. You need to only apply through the online application program. Please be informed that you are not required to send any hardcopy documents or come to the university physically. Yet you are required to bring all necessary documents during the registration period.
Uluslararası Öğrenciler İçin Ek Lisansüstü Başvuruları Açılmıştır
Lisansüstü ek başvuru tarihlerimiz 16-26 Eylül 2021 arasındadır. Başvurunuzu sadece çevrimiçi başvuru programı üzerinden yapmanız gerekmektedir. Herhangi bir basılı belge göndermenize veya fiziki olarak üniversiteye gelmenize gerek olmadığını lütfen unutmayın. Ancak kayıt süresi boyunca gerekli tüm belgeleri getirmeniz gerekmektedir.

Required Documents
In order to complete your application, scan each document below with its official translation (to Turkish or English). Then, upload and attach these documents to the online application form in pdf or jpg formats.
All documents need to be in Turkish or English. If not, they should be translated to either language by a translation office. If the applicant receives admission, the original copies of all the documents will need to be submitted during registration.
It is the applicants' responsibility to upload the original documents and their translations correctly and accurately, without any incorrect or missing information.
Gerekli Belgeler
Başvurunuzu tamamlamak için aşağıdaki her bir belgeyi resmi çevirisiyle (Türkçe veya İngilizce) tarayın. Ardından, bu belgeleri pdf veya jpg formatında çevrimiçi başvuru formuna yükleyin ve ekleyin.
Tüm belgelerin Türkçe veya İngilizce olması gerekmektedir. Değilse, bir tercüme bürosu tarafından her iki dile de tercüme edilmelidir. Başvuru sahibi kabul edilirse, tüm belgelerin orijinal kopyalarının kayıt sırasında sunulması gerekecektir.
Belgelerin aslını ve tercümelerini doğru ve eksiksiz, yanlış veya eksik bilgi olmadan yüklemek adayların sorumluluğundadır.
Photograph
The photograph should be 4.5x6 cm. in size and taken in the last 6 months to enable the applicant to be clearly recognized. If the photograph fails to meet the criteria, it will not be accepted. If the applicant receives admission, the photograph will be used on the Student ID card.
Fotoğraf
Fotoğraf 4,5x6 cm boyutunda ve başvuru sahibinin açıkça tanınmasını sağlamak için son 6 ay içinde çekilmiş olmalıdır. Fotoğraf gerekli kıstasları karşılamaması durumunda kabul edilmeyecektir. Başvuru sahibi kabul edilirse, fotoğraf Öğrenci Kimlik kartında kullanılacaktır.
Passport
Candidates with passports need to upload the page of their passports with the identification information/ identification page of their passports, without having to get any approval. Candidates who do not have a passport do not need to upload anything.
Pasaport Pasaport sahibi adayların herhangi bir onay almadan pasaportlarının kimlik bilgilerinin/kimlik sayfasının bulunduğu sayfayı yüklemeleri gerekmektedir. Pasaportu olmayan adayların herhangi bir şey yüklemesine gerek yoktur.
Undergraduate (Graduate Degree For PhD) And Its Translation (Turkish Or English)
The original undergraduate diploma and its translation (Turkish or English) need to be uploaded. Those who have not yet received their diploma need to upload an official letter (Transitory Graduation Certificate) taken from their high school stating the expected graduation date and the expected CGPA.
An Equivalence Letter from the Ministry of Education of Turkey or from Turkish Embassies which certify that the diploma is equivalent to a Turkish High School Diploma is not required for the application. This document will be required during registration if the applicant receives admission.
Lisans Diploması (Doktora için Lisansüstü) ve Çevirisi (Türkçe Veya İngilizce)
Lisans diplomasının aslı ve tercümesinin (Türkçe veya İngilizce) yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. Henüz diplomasını almamış olan adayların, mezun oldukları liseden aldıkları, beklenen mezuniyet tarihini ve beklenen genel not ortalamasını belirten resmi bir yazı (Geçici Mezuniyet Belgesi) yüklemeleri gerekmektedir. Başvuru için Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Milli Eğitim Bakanlığından veya Türkiye Büyükelçiliklerinden diplomanın Türk Lise Diplomasına eşdeğer olduğunu belgeleyen Denklik Yazısı gerekmemektedir. Bu belge, başvuru sahibi kabul edilirse kayıt sırasında istenecektir.
Official Transcripts
Applicants need to submit an official transcript of undergraduate courses
Transkriptler
Adayların lisans derslerinin resmi bir transkriptini sunmaları gerekir.
If the transcript is not in Turkish or English, applicants need to upload their Turkish or English translations together with the transcript itself.
Resmi Transkript Tercümesi (Türkçe Veya İngilizce)
Transkript Türkçe veya İngilizce değilse, adayların Türkçe veya İngilizce çevirilerini transkript ile birlikte yüklemeleri gerekmektedir.
A Letter of Intention and two Academic Reference Letters:
A graduate school letter of intent is, in essence, a cover letter for your application. It’s a formal letter that focuses on who you are. It includes why you’re applying to that particular program. Lastly explain why you are eligible for the program you chose.
An academic reference focuses on academic ability and suitability for program of study. Therefore please contact with an academic you had a course to give you a reference letter.
Bir Niyet Mektubu ve İki Akademik Referans Mektubu:
Bir lisansüstü okul niyet mektubu, özünde, başvurunuz için bir ön yazıdır. Kim olduğunuza odaklanan bir metin hazırlamanız gerekmektedir. Niyet mektubu kısaca belirli bir programa neden başvurduğunuzu anlatmak içindir. Ayrıca seçtiğiniz program için neden uygun olduğunuzu açıklayın.
Akademik bir referans, akademik yetenek ve çalışma programına uygunluğa odaklanır. Bu nedenle kurs aldığınız bir akademisyen ile iletişime geçerek size bir referans mektubu vermesini rica ederiz.
