Access To Electronic Resources

In line with our university's recent achievements in the field of informatics, a good many databases of the library provide quick access to up-to-date information, in addition to traditional resources such as printed books and magazines for students. Although the Central Library started its service with only 4,000 books, our library currently has 61,170 printed books, 409,675 electronic books, 50,148 electronic journals, 2,764,503 electronic theses, 1179 periodicals, 1049 audio-visual materials, and 57 databases.

It is possible for users to scan the library catalog through the YORDAM Automation System. In addition, users can browse the Central Library catalog from the faculties they are in and benefit from the online databases via the Library web page. Also, audiobooks are available for visually impaired users.
