The requirements for student admission to the program are determined by the criteria of the Institute of Social Sciences of Hitit University. Accordingly:
Applicants must:
Hold a thesis-based master’s diploma, and
Have a minimum graduation grade of 70 out of 100, or an equivalent score (if the transcript includes only the 4-point grading system, the conversion table of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) will be used as the basis), and
Obtain an ALES score determined by the University Senate, not lower than 55 in the relevant score type of the program to which they are applying.
Applicants must receive a minimum score of 55 from a central foreign language exam recognized by the Council of Higher Education, or an equivalent score from an international foreign language exam recognized as equivalent by ÖSYM.
These minimum scores may be increased depending on the specific requirements of the program, upon the recommendation of the relevant department/chair, the decision of the Institute Board, and the approval of the Senate.
