ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS IN UNDERGRADUATE COURSES

Attendance Requirement in Undergraduate Courses – Key Update

The University Senate has updated the rules on course attendance for the 2025–2026 Academic Year. Please note the following:

• If you failed a course because of non-attendance or in a practical course, you must attend again.

• If you failed up to 3 courses but had already met the attendance requirement, you do not need to attend again.

• If you failed 4 or more courses (including electives), you must attend again, even if you had previously met the attendance requirement.
