During their course of study, students may apply for an internal transfer to an equivalent program offered by another department or faculty within Hitit University, under the principles and quotas determined by the University Senate.
All internal transfer procedures are carried out in line with the relevant regulations, decisions of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), and the rules established by the University Senate.
Transfers between associate and bachelor's degree programs in different higher education institutions are governed by the provisions of the “Regulation on the Principles of Transfer Between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major and Minor Programs, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer in Higher Education Institutions”, published in the Official Gazette dated April 24, 2010 (No. 27561).
It is possible to transfer from first or second shift programs (day or evening education) to open or distance education programs, provided that the criteria set by the relevant regulation are met.
