- -Students are required to attend at least 80% of classes. Students whose absence exceeds 20% are considered unsuccessful and are not allowed to take the level completion examination. Official medical reports submitted due to illness, accidents, or similar reasons are included in the absence calculation.
- -Students who have met the attendance requirement in the level they previously attended are subject to an absence limit of 30% when repeating that level.
- -No refund is provided for course fees corresponding to days or hours missed. No certificate or other document is issued to students who fail to meet the attendance requirements.
- -Attendance in educational programs is monitored by the relevant instructor. At the end of each program, the instructor submits the attendance records and attendance sheets to the Center Administration.
- -If a student is unable to meet the required attendance rate due to unforeseen circumstances such as a long-term illness, accident, or the death of a family member, the student's attendance status may, upon request, be reviewed and decided by the Board of Directors, taking into consideration official supporting documentation.
HİTİT-TÖMER students are required to comply with the Higher Education Institutions Student Disciplinary Regulation in force, as well as other relevant laws and regulations. Disciplinary provisions are applied to students who commit disciplinary offenses.
A student's enrollment in the educational program may be terminated in cases such as failure to pay the program registration fee, cheating or attempting to cheat, engaging in actions or behavior that disrupt the operation of the program, or failing to meet the attendance requirement for two consecutive levels in Turkish language courses.
