General Turkish Course Application
Please complete and submit the online application form in full.
Final Registration
Final registration is completed when the course participant personally applies to HİTİT-TÖMER after depositing the course fee into the designated bank account and submits the following documents:
- -Bank payment receipt
- -Passport
- -Turkish Republic ID Card or Foreign Identity Card, if applicable

The course fee must be deposited into the bank account below before the course start date.
Students attending HİTİT-TÖMER Turkish language courses for the first time are required to pay the fees for two levels together ($300) into the USD account below.

* Installment and credit card payments are not accepted.
** Once a participant has registered for the course and paid the course fee, the fee is non-refundable.

Registration Location
Participants must visit HİTİT-TÖMER in person to complete their registration.
For detailed information about course start dates, participants should follow the academic calendar and the “Announcements” section published on the HİTİT-TÖMER website.
IMPORTANT
The Provincial Directorate of Migration Management does not grant residence permits to students registering for HİTİT-TÖMER courses for the first time outside the university registration periods. Applicants wishing to register for TÖMER courses should take this into consideration.
University registration periods are:
- -Fall Semester: September
- -Spring Semester: February
IMPORTANT WARNING
In accordance with the decisions of the Yunus Emre Institute and the University Executive Board, certificates issued by institutions other than the specified universities are not accepted as valid documents for registration at HİTİT-TÖMER.
Furthermore, only in-person examinations administered by the universities specified by the University Executive Board are accepted; online examinations are not accepted.
