It aims to cultivate graduates who can easily integrate into the labor market and create value for the business world and society by understanding the dynamics and needs of the business environment. In line with this mission, students are equipped to work in national and international institutions and organizations related to the operation, development, and improvement of a system using strategic and tactical methods. They are also equipped to serve in departments within institutions, such as management and organization, production management, marketing, accounting, and finance, leveraging their knowledge, ethical values, and leadership skills. The department's primary objective is to cultivate graduates who can analyze and question economic and financial situations using scientific methods, and who possess creative and analytical thinking skills.
