The Graduate Programs in Political Science and Public Administration are offered under the Graduate School of Hitit University. The programs provide students with a comprehensive and interdisciplinary understanding of political institutions, administrative structures, and contemporary governance challenges from both national and global perspectives.
The Graduate School hosts four postgraduate degree programs within this field:
M.A. in Political Science and Social Sciences (with Thesis)
M.A. in Public Administration (with Thesis)
M.A. in Political Science and Social Sciences (Non-Thesis)
Ph.D. in Political Science
Graduates of the thesis-based master’s programs are awarded the degree of Master of Arts (M.A.), while those completing the non-thesis program receive the Non-Thesis Master’s Degree.
Graduates of the doctoral program earn the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree and are entitled to use the title “Doctor.”
Through these programs, the Graduate School aims to educate researchers, policy analysts, and public administrators who can think critically, engage in scientific inquiry, and contribute to democratic governance, sustainable development, and social justice at both national and international levels.
