Applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree from any field are eligible to apply for the Master’s Program in Political Science and Social Sciences under the Department of Political Science and Public Administration.
Graduates of the following undergraduate programs are considered field-related applicants:
Political Science
Public Administration
Political Science and Public Administration
Political Science and International Relations
Applicants with a degree outside these fields are accepted as out-of-field applicants and may be required to complete a Scientific Preparation Program before beginning the Master’s curriculum.
A minimum undergraduate GPA of 65/100.
A minimum score of 60 on the ALES (Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Exam) in the Equally Weighted (EA) category.
Alternatively, equivalent scores from GRE or GMAT exams recognized by the Senate of Hitit University are also accepted.
No foreign language proficiency certificate is required for admission.
Upon the recommendation of the admission jury, the Academic Division may require candidates to attend a one-year Scientific Preparation Program or to complete specific undergraduate-level courses as a prerequisite for full admission.
For all other conditions not specified above, the provisions of the Hitit University Regulation on Graduate Education and Instruction shall apply.
